Our Bog Oak has been carbon dated and certified, with provenance recorded by Barry Finnegan. Preserved beneath the Irish landscape for thousands of years, it carries a depth of colour and history that cannot be reproduced.
Each finished piece is treated as an object of provenance. The natural grain is allowed to speak, while the turning and finish bring the material into a contemporary form.
